Senior AI/ML Engineer (Helsinki, Finland)
Your Role
We’re looking for an experienced AI/ML engineer. You will design, build and deploy high-impact solutions used by major financial institutions and regulators.
You will primarily work on building production-grade AI and ML pipelines focused on Large Language Models (LLMs), including RAG systems, LLM-based agents, and document understanding workflows. Some projects may also involve classic ML and Computer Vision.
Our machine learning team is small, so you should be comfortable with close collaboration and frequent knowledge sharing. At the same time, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.
You will have the opportunity to influence how projects are developed and to shape the customer experience. You will have significant freedom to experiment and propose new solutions.
What We’re Looking For
You are an ideal candidate for this role if you bring experience in several of the following areas:
- Modern Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques
- Deploying and operating self-hosted LLMs
- Implementing deep learning algorithms in PyTorch
- Full-cycle ML model development (from EDA to deployment)
- Strong understanding of the mathematical foundations of classic ML and deep learning (linear algebra, statistics, etc.)
- Creating and configuring containerized ML applications using Docker
- Hands-on programming experience with Python
- A proactive mindset and the ability to explore and implement novel solutions
- A business-oriented approach to problem-solving
It is a bonus to have:
- Experience with key information extraction
- Understanding of how agentic pipelines are built and operated

Backend Developer (Helsinki, Finland)
We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our expert team. In this role, you will primarily work on enhancing our securitization platform, a web application that serves various banks in Europe and worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain backend functionalities for the securitization platform.
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers to integrate new features and improve user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications.
Required Qualifications
• At least 3 years of experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with the Django framework.
• Comfortable working in a Linux development environment.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
Preferred Skills
